What happens once I submit the equipment rental form?One of our team leaders will process your request the same day and provide an invoice for payment via email. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the payment invoice. Order payments not received within 7 days will be cancelled.

Does submitting the rental form for the golf cart guarantee a reservation?No. The golf rental is our most popular rental item. Please check the availability of the golf cart under the product description which can be found by clicking on the picture. In the event that two customers attempt to rent the golf cart on the same day for the same available week, it will be rented on a first come, first served basis.

How do you know where to deliver the items I rented?After your payment is processed, please be on the lookout for a follow up email from us requesting more information about your upcoming stay here in the Myrtle Beach area.

Can I cancel my order?If you have already paid the invoice that was sent to you, we will accept cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation to receive a full refund. Orders that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, will receive a 50% refund.
